INGLOSUS Foundation, Wiesenau 1, hereinafter referred to as INGLOSUS, is giving away the items mentioned on the LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/digisustain). By participating in the competition, the user agrees to the following conditions of participation and content.
1. What can you win?
By entering, you have the opportunity to win the items listed on the LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/digisustain).
2. How can you win?
You can enter the competition at the URL: https://www.linkedin.com/company/digisustain. The prize will be drawn among all participants. You can enter by fulfilling the conditions stated in the post. Postal entries will not be taken into account in the draw.
3. over what period does the promotion take place?
The promotion starts after publication of the post and ends at the time stated on the LinkedIn page (https://www.linkedin.com/company/digisustain).
4. Who can participate?
Participation is free of charge and open to any natural person. INGLOSUS requires the consent of a parent or guardian for underage participants. Participation requires the truthful provision of data relevant to participation. Sweepstake clubs and automated sweepstake services are not eligible to participate. Please enter only once. Multiple entries do not increase the chance of winning, as they will be filtered and blocked from the draw.
5. Who is excluded from participation?
INGLOSUS is entitled to exclude individual persons from participation if there are justified reasons, such as violation of these conditions of participation, double or multiple participation, manipulation, etc., and reserves the right to take legal action. Employees of INGLOSUS and the participating companies as well as their relatives may not participate in this competition. The legal process is excluded.
6. Data protection regulations
Your safety and satisfaction are our main concern. INGLOSUS stores and uses the data collected exclusively for the purpose of conducting the competition. After the end of the competition, all data will be deleted.
7. Miscellaneous
Cash payment of the winnings is not possible. Winning claims cannot be transferred or assigned to other persons. Legal recourse is excluded. Should individual provisions of the conditions of participation be or become invalid, the validity of the remaining conditions of participation shall remain unaffected. They shall be replaced by an appropriate provision that comes closest to the purpose of the invalid provision. INLGOSUS reserves the right to change the conditions of participation at any time.
8. Exemption from LinkedIn
This competition is run by INGLOSUS, WIESENAU 1. It is not affiliated with Linkedin and is in no way sponsored, endorsed or organised by LinkedIn. Information will be provided to INGLOSUS, not to LinkedIn.
